Which photos can I upload?
JPEG, PNG and WebP photos up to 20 MB each. On an iPhone, pick photos from this website and the phone sends them as JPEG automatically.
Can I get an album too?
Yes. While you choose sizes, add as many photo albums with a book cover as you like. The price is added to your total straight away.
How long do you keep my photos?
Exactly 7 days from the moment each photo finishes uploading. After that the photo is deleted, whether it was printed or not. To order again later, upload it again.
How do I pay?
In cash when the parcel arrives. The total shown when you order covers the prints. The courier charges the delivery fee separately.
Where do you deliver?
To all municipalities in Kosovo.
How long does it take?
Printed within 1–2 working days, then handed to the courier.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, free of charge until printing starts. Contact the studio with your order number. Once printing has started, prints made from your own photos can't be returned, unless they are faulty.
What if my photo is too small for the size I want?
While you choose sizes we calculate how sharp each print will be and warn you if a photo has too few pixels for that size. You can still order it, or pick a smaller size.
Do I need an account?
No. You order as a guest and get a private link to follow your order.
Can I print any photo?
Only photos you have the right to print. Please don't upload other people's work without permission, or anything illegal. The studio may refuse such orders.
