Our aim
We want everyone to be able to order prints, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or voice control. We design and test the website and the apps against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
What we do
- Every page works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Text and controls meet the contrast requirements, in light and dark mode.
- Forms have labels, and errors say what is wrong and how to fix it.
- Upload progress is announced to screen readers without flooding them.
- Moving photos in a different order works with the keyboard as well as by dragging.
- The crop editor works with the arrow keys and plus and minus, and has sliders as an alternative to dragging.
- Animations are reduced when your device asks for less motion.
- Pages work at 320 pixels wide and when zoomed to 400 %.
Known limitations
- Customers' photos have no text descriptions, because only you know what they show. The file name is read out instead.
- The legal pages are drafts awaiting legal review and may change.
